If you are dealing with challenges in your relationship and have tried to work it out for yourselves but get stuck on repeat, then you’re probably feeling exhausted and frustrated. Sometimes unresolved issues that have gone unspoken feel hurtful and overwhelming.
If you have experienced personal trauma and it still impacts your daily life and your relationships, you are probably feeling heightened anxiety, a sense of mistrust and feeling the physical changes in your body.
Relationships and trauma can over lap or can be separate. Sometimes it can be blurry to understand and know now to move out of the patterns.
I’m passionate about helping couples and individuals work through the challenges of relationships and trauma, towards living more authentically in their sense of self and thrive in meaningful loving relationships.
